• We have our own flour mill, we mill our own grain for our pasta, breads and baking
• We use Australian organic olive oil on our cooking
• We pan fry in coconut oil 
• We use himalaya rock salt or celtic sea salt in our cooking
• No artificial colours, flavors or preservatives in our food
• Our own free range chickens supply our eggs
• Any dietry requirement catered for on request including vegan
• Growing our own vegies and herbs, pesticide free of course
• We try to use recycled furniture and crockery as much as possible
• We aim to use local produce where possible 

And most of it all ... our food has integrity!​​
